But don’t worry! There are plenty of fall colors to wear that will work for your specific undertone. Let me explain… Everyone has a skin tone that you can see, and that changes throughout your life with sun exposure etc. But, we also have an undertone that does not change. You can be warm, cool or neutral. If you are warm then this is your season to buy clothing because that’s what stores will be carrying. But, if you are cool you’ll have to do a little more searching and find cooler tones. If you are neutral you can get away with most cool and warm colors, so you’ve got a little more options available to you. I’m rebranding 😍! Hey! I figured it was time for an intro! I’m Kristin and I’m a Photoshoot Stylist. Have you ever taken photos only to realize later that the colors you chose were not flattering on you? Not all color palettes are going to look the same on everyone. They may look absolutely beautiful on Pinterest and then fall flat in photos. Everyone has a different undertone and colors that flatter (and don’t flatter them). You can be cool, warm or neutral and the colors that flatter you will be the ones that resonate in photos as well.

Do you leave your Photoshoot outfit planning till the night before your Photoshoot? Never know where to start so you put it off? Or do you over buy and over plan it all? I was definitely in the second group! But they both are caused by the same problem, being confused about what colors to pick and outfits to choose and how to make it all work! So, I came up with a plan, a fool-proof plan to get the perfect outfits for our photoshoots….every time! Ones I feel pretty in, and ones my kids and husband will actually enjoy wearing…and oh ya, they photograph well! And I ditched the overwhelm, confusion and stress! You can too! Editing style makes a huge difference in how the clothing you choose will look in the actual photos you receive! It’s one of the first parts of the planning process when choosing Photoshoot outfits, the color of your dress can change dramatically as you saw here. Moody or Film Style editing will warm up your color choices a bit so to plan for that you need to pick something that will translate well.
